Luciana is the Director of Management, People and Culture at LIRA Advogados. Through the creation and implementation of routines and procedures, she facilitates the operationalization of the activities developed within the office. She is also responsible for managing the Human Resources and Marketing areas, managing social media, analyzing results, and strategic content planning. Prior to her work at LIRA Advogados, she has worked in the area of Product Quality at multinational auto parts companies.
